In today's digital landscape, where consumer interactions predominantly occur online, the Social Media team is vital in shaping the brand's online presence and audience engagement. A primary goal of this team is to enhance brand visibility and foster brand desirability.

Role Overview

Your Contributions:
  • Ensure Fresh maintains its leading position in the social media landscape.
  • Blend creativity with analytical insights to develop social media strategies that align with brand, marketing, and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with global market teams to create localized social media plans, campaigns, and influencer collaborations, including guideline development and performance reporting.
  • Enhance and expand social media channels by generating awareness and leveraging trends with captivating content.
  • Produce engaging, innovative, and informative content for brand, product, and lifestyle initiatives in partnership with our creative and digital teams.
  • Oversee community management, engaging directly with a global audience and promptly addressing inquiries while collaborating with customer service teams to ensure a consumer-focused experience.
  • Establish key social media performance indicators and manage comprehensive reporting to assess the effectiveness of campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Your Impact in the First Year:

The Global Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in elevating Fresh's brand presence as it expands its reach and influence across various platforms and markets, while also contributing significantly to the brand's most significant product launch in recent years.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain stationary for an average of 7.5 hours per day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be necessary.
  • While performing job duties, the employee may frequently be required to stand, sit, reach, bend, kneel, and operate a computer and other office equipment.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, or a related digital media field; experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, including their functionalities and advertising options.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt and evolve the editorial tone; editorial or copywriting experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess the effectiveness of content and initiatives.
  • Creative judgment to identify engaging and on-brand content (both visuals and copy).
  • Media and advertising experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in digital media and social media analytics tools.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR; photography, Photoshop, and video editing skills are advantageous.

  • Required/Preferred Languages: English; working knowledge of Mandarin or French is a plus.
