Role Responsibilities

Your Contributions:
  • Uphold The Ladders' position as a leader in the social media landscape.
  • Skillfully blend creativity with analytical insights to develop social media strategies that align with business, marketing, and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with global market teams to create localized social media plans, campaigns, and influencer collaborations, including developing guidelines and performance reports.
  • Enhance and expand social media channels by leveraging trends and producing engaging content.
  • Generate thoughtful, innovative, and entertaining content for brand, product, and lifestyle initiatives, in partnership with our creative and digital teams.
  • Oversee community management: engage with our global audience and respond to inquiries, while working closely with customer service teams to ensure a consumer-focused experience.
  • Establish key social media performance indicators and manage comprehensive reporting to assess the effectiveness of campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Your Impact in the First Year:

The Global Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in elevating The Ladders' brand presence as we expand our reach and influence across various platforms and markets, contributing significantly to our major product launches.

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be necessary.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer and other office equipment.
Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You possess:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, communications, or related fields; experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • A comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and their advertising features.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt editorial tone effectively; editorial or copywriting experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess content effectiveness and program success.
  • Creative judgment to identify engaging and on-brand content.
  • Media and advertising experience is advantageous.
You are:
  • An early adopter of social trends with a passion for creativity.
  • A resourceful problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiar with digital media metrics and monitoring tools.
  • Proficient in technical skills including Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of photography and video editing is a plus.
