Job Overview:


The Growth Marketing Lead is tasked with crafting, executing, and refining targeted marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, influence purchasing decisions, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Content Creation:

Determine the necessary content pieces to support the campaign journey while adhering to industry best practices.


Project Coordination:
Demonstrate robust project management capabilities and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to implement campaigns effectively.

Sales Funnel Optimization:

Acquire a profound understanding of audience behavior, analyze each phase of our sales funnel, and work closely with sales teams to effectively respond to buyer intent.


Campaign Evaluation:
Establish and maintain formalized processes for campaign evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of return on investment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Proven expertise in demand generation, campaign design, and marketing.
Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches.
Understanding of sales funnel dynamics and collaboration with sales teams.
Strategic mindset with a focus on results.
6+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience in a medium to large-sized international organization.
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.
