Job Description

As a Floorcovering Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to increase sales and grow our business. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their goals.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing business
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location
