Your Role at Delta Faucet

As the Trade Marketing Communications Leader, you will play a vital role in developing and executing communication and marketing content strategies that drive trade segment goals and align with our brand voice. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling messaging for trade, aligning with channel segment goals and brand marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive trade marketing content strategy that supports brand and segment objectives. Identify key themes and messages to effectively communicate through various channels.
  • Content Creation and Management: Direct the creation and management of trade marketing assets in collaboration with the brand creative asset manager. Oversee editing, proofreading, and approvals for materials such as price books, catalogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, channel marketing, and brand teams to develop content supporting product launches and sales initiatives. Partner with marketing agencies to produce high-quality content within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred with 8 years minimum in marketing, brand or communications, preferably with a focus on trade marketing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Expertise: Proficient in creating a wide range of content types, including written, visual, and multimedia formats.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Brand Management: Experience in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across all content.
  • Sales Support Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to create materials that support sales efforts.
  • Team Building: Able to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
