Manager of Global Onboarding for Money Movement Solutions

The Money Movement Solutions team at Visa is at the forefront of innovative payment services, empowering clients—including issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and service providers—to facilitate seamless funds transfers and disbursements across both Visa and non-Visa accounts on a global scale.
Our offerings encompass a range of consumer and business applications, such as person-to-person (P2P) money transfers, marketplace payouts for gig economy participants, and funds disbursement for various needs, including insurance claims. The push payments market is experiencing rapid growth, as it increasingly replaces traditional payment methods like cash, checks, and ACH with instantaneous push credits directly into bank accounts.
The Global Market Expansion Solutions team is dedicated to delivering customer-focused solutions that enable our clients to adopt Money Movement Solutions efficiently and effectively, ensuring scalability, expedited time to market, and an enhanced customer experience.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product/Process Manager who is committed to fostering unique client experiences and achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Visa Direct Products and the comprehensive onboarding processes, including functional handoffs and regional specifics.
- Collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders across various functional areas, such as sales, client services, change management, training, and knowledge management, to ensure the successful adoption of new and optimized processes.
- Oversee the creation and updates of process documentation to facilitate timely access for end users.
- Gather business and functional requirements and translate them into Agile User Stories, establishing a backlog of requirements.
- Facilitate regular business backlog prioritization reviews, ensuring alignment among stakeholders as priorities and scope evolve.
- Define and agree upon the 'definition of done' for User Stories, ensuring alignment between development outputs and end-user requirements.
- Maintain a strong relationship with IT, conducting regular meetings to refine the development backlog in accordance with business and functional needs.
- Ensure IT comprehends the business and functional requirements, driving the translation of these needs into technical specifications.
- Proactively address any impediments that may hinder the adoption or functionality of the solutions being implemented, fostering collaboration among business, operations, and development teams.
- Lead feedback sessions with stakeholders during demos and testing phases, consolidating feedback to drive necessary corrections and enhancements.
- Collaborate with development teams on testing, rollout, and communication of new and updated functionalities.
- Deliver regular, detailed updates on the progress of development and readiness of new functionalities to stakeholders and leadership.
- Communicate the Automation and Digitization strategy to Senior Leadership.
