Role Responsibilities:
Brand Experience
Acts as a brand representative, embodying the company's values; collaborates with store leadership to create an engaging atmosphere that resonates with the FP Movement clientele.

Develops sales initiatives that elevate the customer experience; motivates the team to forge lasting connections through personalized service, product suggestions, and shared interests in wellness and fitness.

Proactively shares information to promote FP Movement events, driving engagement and participation; assists in the execution of events in partnership with fitness and wellness collaborators.

Utilizes technology to stay informed about events and special offers both in-store and online, enhancing the customer experience from an omni-channel perspective.

Leadership + Team Management
Serves as a key team member, demonstrating decision-making and multitasking skills while consistently prioritizing service over tasks.

Actively engages in managing the store environment and customer experience by maintaining an energetic pace, fostering team positivity, overseeing daily operations, and driving sales.

Takes the initiative in educating and sharing product knowledge, brand messaging, and delivering exceptional customer interactions by leveraging resources effectively.

Visual + Business Operations
Supports the management team by participating in daily operational procedures and store upkeep.

Collaborates with key partners to efficiently execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while adhering to visual and display standards; ensures timely and accurate processing of omni-channel orders.

Complies with safety standards, maintains inventory accuracy, minimizes product loss, and upholds all company policies and procedures to support store profitability.

Communication + Relationships
Fosters an inclusive and people-centric philosophy; engages employees at all levels to promote open dialogue, reinforce accountability, and ensure that the team feels valued and supported.

Stays updated and collaborates with the leadership team to respond to communications; contributes to information sharing with the team and actively participates in daily meetings.

Demonstrates a willingness to develop new skills while being receptive to feedback; enhances the work environment through optimism, positivity, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Guides and nurtures the Stylist team; takes ownership of personal development and professional growth while considering career progression opportunities.

Role Qualifications:
Passion for FP Movement and/or a connection to the local fitness community.

Experience as a collaborative team player.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate store needs, including evenings and weekends.

Desire to learn and grow within the brand.

Pay Range:
