**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Client Onboarding team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality customer service, providing extraordinary service, and going above and beyond to delight our customers. You will manage and communicate with all stakeholders during the project, ensuring the successful completion of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deploy client technology solutions using project management tools, methodologies, and engineering resources.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders and team members are communicating effectively, and information is disseminated through the team.
  • Engage all resources (client/internal/3rd Party) to ensure customers implement our solution on time and on budget.
  • Work with clients from the closing of the sales cycle and transition to client onboarding all the way through to go-live and transition to support.
  • Be the trusted customer point of contact for each assigned client onboarding engagement.
  • Understand what the customer's current business processes are, their issues, and their challenges.
  • Take on tough complex projects and manage them from inception to successful rollout.
  • Help customers understand their solution and its benefits.
  • Be proactive in anticipating and resolving problems.
  • Be the voice of the customer to the company.

**Essential Duties**

  • Lead or support all aspects of customer implementations.
  • Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction during implementation activities.
  • Coach and prepare customers for successful rollouts of the solutions. Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment.
  • Diagnose, research, and analyze customer issues and requests.
  • Track and report key implementation progress metrics.
  • Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Develop and maintain implementation project plans based on best practices.
  • Follow documentation and project management procedures, standards, configuration settings, and sequences.
  • Schedule internal/client/external status calls and document and send out meeting minutes.
  • Assign resources and schedule tasks completion dates by collaborating with internal resources and client stakeholders.
  • Provide suggestions on improvements to processes.

**Requirements**

  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Have the skills to drive projects to completion and overcome project constraints.
  • Intermediate working knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Display confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills and the proven ability to work effectively with internal and external clients, vendors, and consultants.

**Qualifications, Education, or Equivalent Experience**

  • PMP certification preferred (or in progress – to be completed within a year).
  • Minimum 3 years infrastructure-related experience.
  • Experience with working with IT engineering staff – preferably in solutions provider.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing environments.
  • Technical knowledge/aptitude.
