The Market Launch Analyst is essential in facilitating the orientation, onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring of new team members. This ensures that all colleagues comprehend their specific roles within the organization and possess a thorough understanding of their job responsibilities.

In collaboration with Market Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Learning & Development, this position will support training and onboarding initiatives aimed at preparing for the launch of new clinics in emerging markets and some market expansions.

Ultimately, the Market Launch Analyst's mission is to foster a culture of continuous learning, support colleagues' onboarding and training needs, and ensure that educational initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
Act as the in-market subject matter expert and eCW Super User for all critical center roles.
Conduct training and onboarding sessions to guarantee colleagues effectively understand their roles.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide role-specific training.
Assist new hires and guide them through the onboarding journey.
Evaluate training effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Monitor how markets are adopting and implementing Archwell Health standards and workflow processes, identifying opportunities and reporting findings to leadership.

Serve as the initial in-market learning governance representative, bringing opportunities for improvement to governance leaders for decision-making and resource allocation, transferring responsibilities to the Market Support Champion as directed by leadership.

Communicate effectively to ensure that learning initiatives are embraced by all.

Encourage a growth mindset and a culture of continuous learning in the market by acting as a change agent and reinforcing learning opportunities.

Stay informed about ArchWell Health processes, workflows, standards, systems, industry learning trends, research, and best practices to deliver relevant and impactful training.

Meet performance targets measured through key performance indicators for operations and the effectiveness of learning delivery efforts.
Travel is required at 75%; cross-coverage for Market Support Champion as necessary.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

Familiarity with EMR systems to ensure smooth workflow.
Ability to collaboratively identify and address knowledge gaps.

Possess robust problem-solving skills to tackle challenges that may arise during training, including critical thinking, creative solutions, and adaptability to unforeseen situations.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience in formal and informal training delivery is preferred.
Experience in project management and record-keeping is preferred.

Clinical knowledge is preferred; experience as a Medical Assistant or RN (current licensure or certification not required) to guide training and development of clinical colleagues in technology use within the centers, including procedural devices and lab setup and quality controls is preferred.
