Role Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the marketing department by assisting in the execution of promotional strategies, content development, event management, and various administrative responsibilities.

This position is perfect for a detail-oriented person eager to expand their knowledge and skills in the marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Help maintain the marketing schedule, support content creation, and draft copy for promotional materials and social media updates.
  • Organize and manage sales and marketing resources, ensuring alignment with brand standards and proper storage in digital asset management systems.
  • Assist in updating and managing the company’s website and social media channels with relevant and timely content.
  • Support the organization and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including sampling initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars.
  • Track and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to guide future strategies.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing projects, including new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field; internships or relevant coursework will be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.
