As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume call center environment, with a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Citrix.

You will be responsible for resolving user issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Utilize tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, and Citrix
  • Maintain accurate records of user issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
