Help Desk Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective help desk support to employees, resolving technical issues and answering questions related to office software and systems.
- Collaborate closely with our client's Managed Services Team, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Respond to help desk tickets, including after-hours support, in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist employees in navigating and using the iManage document management system and other office tools.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our office software and systems, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
- Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical staff.
- Host office hours to answer employee questions and provide support with new software or tools.
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, as necessary.
Salary: Estimated $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
