Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our IT support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to our internal employees via phone calls and chats.

This is a fully remote opportunity that requires commitment for 12-24 months. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing password resets, computer configurations, and troubleshooting various software products, including Windows 10, O365, and Teams.

About the Role

  • Provide level 1 technical support via phone calls and chats
  • Assist with encryption passwords, active directory passwords, and remote access questions
  • Troubleshoot general Microsoft software products, such as Windows security updates/patching, O365, Outlook email, and Teams
  • Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructures and mobile devices like iPhones and Androids

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 6-12 months of previous help desk experience
  • Experience with ticketing tools and an IT background
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
  • Fingerprinting and full background checks required
