Diagnostic Imaging Role

Parham Doctors' Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures, ensuring proper positioning and image technique.
  • Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures.
  • Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
  • Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation on all images.
  • Assist the radiologist in administering medications, contrast agents, and other types of care to patients.
  • Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technology/ARRT and state license.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
  • American Society of Radiologic Technology preferred.
