As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

Registration and Scheduling: You will be responsible for registering patients, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information in our electronic health record system.

Patient Support: You will provide excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Communication: You will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Administrative Tasks: You will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.

Teamwork: You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility is preferred. Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, and medical insurance pre-certifications is also preferred.
