Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers, handling emergency situations with poise and professionalism, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a busy switchboard, handling emergency situations with ease and poise, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with changing policies, procedures, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve customer service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve departmental and organizational goals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
- In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration.
- Ability to handle busy switchboard and emergency situations.
- Customer service focus is necessary.
Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
