Job Summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other callers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide information on services, appointments, and general healthcare inquiries.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while following company protocols.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance verification, and payment processing.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document all interactions in the company's CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
  • Maintain knowledge of healthcare services, medical terms, and insurance policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
