We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and support our growing team in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies management.
Staff Coordination: Support team members by organizing meetings, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication.
Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, clean, and conducive to productivity.
Budget Management: Oversee office budget, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance expenses.
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with office vendors, including IT support, maintenance services, and supply providers.
HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating staff training and development.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Compliance: Ensure the office operates in compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative professional or in a similar role.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary Information:
