The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Clerical Duties
    • Performing clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities
  • Staff Coordination
    • Coordinating staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • New Hire Orientation
    • New hire orientation and paperwork
  • Office Maintenance
    • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
  • Filing Systems
    • Designing and implementing filing systems
    • Maintaining current and up-to-date filing systems
  • Record-Keeping
    • Establishing and monitoring procedures for record-keeping
  • Data Security
    • Ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Office Policies
    • Overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyzing and monitoring internal processes
    • Implementing procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Reporting and Scheduling
    • Preparing operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
  • Schedule Coordination
    • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Supply Inventory
    • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Supply Acquisition
    • Reviewing and approving office supply acquisitions
