Job Description
The Administrative Operations Manager will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This includes but is not limited to:
- Clerical Duties
- Performing clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities
- Staff Coordination
- Coordinating staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- New Hire Orientation
- New hire orientation and paperwork
- Office Maintenance
- Maintaining a safe and secure working environment
- Filing Systems
- Designing and implementing filing systems
- Maintaining current and up-to-date filing systems
- Record-Keeping
- Establishing and monitoring procedures for record-keeping
- Data Security
- Ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Office Policies
- Overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures
- Process Improvement
- Analyzing and monitoring internal processes
- Implementing procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Reporting and Scheduling
- Preparing operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
- Schedule Coordination
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Supply Inventory
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Supply Acquisition
- Reviewing and approving office supply acquisitions
