Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace. This includes coordinating with vendors for office services, repairs, and IT support, as well as scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, events, and team activities.
The Office Manager will also be responsible for overseeing inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock, serving as the point of contact for visitors, directing them appropriately and creating a welcoming environment, and supporting executive events by handling logistics, reservations, and event coordination.
In addition, the Office Manager will assist the Chief of Staff with administrative tasks and project coordination, upholding confidentiality when handling sensitive information and financial data, and proactively identifying areas for improvement to enhance office efficiency and culture.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an office management or similar administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
Candidates should also possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders, a positive, proactive attitude with a growth-oriented mindset, and a polished and professional demeanor, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A proven ability to handle scheduling and vendor coordination with efficiency and discretion is also essential.
BenefitsBoutique Recruiting offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus unlimited discretionary PTO, aligned with the NYSE holiday schedule, and 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.
