Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Corporate Employment Coach who will play a crucial role in the daily operations of a designated business. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to our partners and supporting employees with disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while pursuing your passion.

The annual salary for the Corporate Employment Coach role is $39,520, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes no-cost medical and vision plans for both individual and family coverage, dental insurance, generous paid time off, commuter benefits, tuition assistance, a 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, health savings accounts, and more.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Employment Coach will:

  • Assist neuro-diverse individuals in meeting corporate expectations.
  • Develop personalized support plans that emphasize appropriate workplace behaviors, including social and communication skills.
  • Evaluate individuals and implement remediation strategies for effective support.
  • Create resources to enhance individual success in the workplace.
  • Act as a liaison among employers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a rewarding work experience for program participants.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching in a business environment.
  • Spend significant time on-site with supported employees at their workplace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in education, human services, or counseling.
  • One year of experience as a job coach in a similar program or two years of relevant experience in supported employment or working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
