Our initiatives include developing talent pipelines, conducting inclusivity training, and facilitating cross-sector DEI collaborations.


Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to join our Employer Relations team. This role is pivotal in enhancing employer practices to be more inclusive of immigrant and refugee talent.

The Employer Engagement Associate will play a vital role in project coordination, partnership management, service delivery, and data oversight. This position will primarily focus on supporting the execution of our corporate engagement strategy within our network of partners.

Working closely with the Partnerships Talent Manager, the Associate will assist in maintaining and expanding successful employer partnerships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with the Partnerships Talent Manager to enhance and troubleshoot employer relationships.
  • Candidate Presentation: Ensure timely presentation of job-seeker applications to partners, including resume reviews for quality assurance.
  • Data Management: Track job-seeker data accurately in Salesforce, ensuring all applications and interviews are documented.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Employer Engagement team and internal job coaching teams, facilitating monthly updates and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Monitor project performance, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

  • Experience in partnership support, preferably in the private sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent data management and reporting capabilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Reliable transportation may be necessary depending on the region.
