We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our Global Corporate and Investment Banking audit team. As an Audit Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and executing complex audit activities, assessing business risks, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Complex Audit Activities: Independently design and execute audit tests to assess business risks and recommend severity ratings.
- Assess Business Risks: Evaluate the control environment, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop Business Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to develop business knowledge and provide audit support.
- Support Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to develop the skills of team members.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in audit and risk management.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In internal audit or front office business control or compliance or risk management, covering the corporate and investment banking business.
- Experience with Risk and Control Identification: Proven experience in identifying and assessing business risks and controls.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Relevant Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, FRM, CIA).
- Experience with Coaching: Experience in coaching and developing less experienced team members.
- Experience in a Large Global Bank: Experience working in a large global bank, preferably in the corporate and investment banking business.
