About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Experience Manager to join our team at Coach. As a key member of our Site Activation team, you will play a critical role in driving the digital evolution of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing site experience through daily checks and analysis of site reports to identify potential issues.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Site Merchandising, Strategy, Ops, and Creative, to influence future-looking customer experiences.
  • Expand, execute, analyze, and iterate the site innovation and optimization roadmap.
  • Be the daily point of contact for 3rd party vendors and cross-functional teams, facilitating weekly meetings and ad-hoc questions.
  • Own the briefing process, from idea conception to launch, including brief creation, creative asset review, and sign-off.
  • Maintain a library of activation results and share them with the team.
  • Drive experimentation and adoption of next-in-class innovations to continually evolve our customer experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional partners, including Product, UX, Testing/Optimization, and others, to understand what's on the horizon and where the white space is.
  • Identify potential use cases for innovation tactics, including understanding potential ROI, level of effort, and options for proving out the use cases before committing to code.
  • Keep a pulse on competitive and industry landscapes to inform future strategies and brainstorming efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of professional, relevant eCommerce experience.
  • Passion for eCommerce is a must.
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA a plus).
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of eCommerce KPIs.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies.
  • Experience working with Product and Creative teams a huge plus.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively interact with team members and extensive cross-functional network across all levels.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success.
  • Excellent site experience sensibility and understanding of customer experience; Design Thinking experience a plus.
