Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our Employee Development and Operations Manager, including tasks such as conducting safety inspections, maintaining online safety sites, and tracking safety assignments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and reorder office supplies, as well as PPE for technicians.
  • Financial Management: Assist with managing invoiced labor reports for technicians and working with the Service Manager and Controller to manage ON-call and quarterly bonuses.
  • Training and Development: Help set up and schedule trainings and company events, update employee training plans, and assist with managing the vacation calendar.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute company team building events.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
