Human Capital Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Human Capital Consultant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Promote a positive work environment and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and conduct necessary investigations.
  • Oversee local HR processes and maintain accurate employee documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • Work with leadership and HR to ensure adherence to labor agreements.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for candidates possessing at least one year of HR generalist experience. Candidates with an Associate’s degree and three years of relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is advantageous.
