Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert audiovisual support, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems, conferencing applications, and other technical equipment.
  • Offer technical assistance with Microsoft's Suite of Business Applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform hands-on installation and maintenance of hardware, software, file backups, and system configurations at the desktop level.
  • Provide basic technical support at the network level, including LAN connectivity, mobile routers, mobile devices, and security.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions, including VPN and Nemotion.
  • Monitor and respond to remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
  • Support audiovisual and computer equipment in conference rooms and conferencing applications.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in desktop support.
  • Strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Associate degree or two years of college coursework in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and favorable driving record.
  • Proficiency with verbal and written English language.
  • Additional proficiency with Spanish and American Sign Language preferred.
