ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Lead Education Strategist to drive sales by developing and executing a premier strategy for global education and consumer-oriented events.
Your educational materials will encompass videos, digital learning tools, in-store print resources, live-training guides, and events (both in-store and externally).
You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Field Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, and our Copywriter. Additionally, you will engage with external partners, including retail collaborators, translation services, and other vendors. You will report to the Director of Global Brand Marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy.
Develop and sustain our comprehensive strategy for brand and product education that caters to all key stakeholders:
Farmacy Field Sales, retailer Beauty Advisors, and the internal team.
Concept Development. Spearhead the ideation and creation of educational content, programs, events, and materials. Continuously generate innovative ideas, always considering how we can effectively educate our internal teams and consumers.
Execution. Oversee and manage the production of all educational and event-related assets. Collaborate closely with the Copywriter and Creative/Design teams to ensure a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and feel across all platforms.
Education & Consumer Events.
Act as the primary contact for the conceptualization and execution of educational and retailer-focused training events, as well as larger consumer events.
Support Field Educator.Prepare the Field Education Leader who will represent the brand for New Store Openings, remote virtual trainings, product demonstration videos, etc.
Collaborate closely to understand and fulfill the needs of our Sales team in-store.Marketing.
Work seamlessly with key Brand stakeholders (social, brand, Ecommerce) to create engaging content that simplifies our consumers' understanding of how to utilize our products.
Budget Management. Oversee the Education budget, which includes in-store events, gratis, and print materials (placemats, postcards, cubes, etc).Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in Brand Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the skincare industry: common ingredients, formulations, benefits, consumer needs, etc.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
Passion for beauty; experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing a diverse to-do list.
Excellent time management skills. Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Able to commute to the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Available for various weekend and evening events on a scheduled, ad hoc basis.
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship from the employer. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
