About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team at Everest Consultants, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth by managing current accounts and developing new ones.

Your primary responsibility will be to discover the needs of our customers, identify and engage with decision-makers, present our capabilities and services, and negotiate agreements. You will be accountable for meeting sales goals with the full support of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and target relevant companies using the latest prospecting tools
  • Present our capabilities to new prospective customers
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  • Partner with Sales Development to create 3X+ quota in the targeted pipeline from your territory
  • Negotiate agreements with customers
  • Consistently track prospect data, activities, and pipeline in CRM
  • Provide accurate forecasts on a monthly/quarterly basis
Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Selling IT Staffing or Project services is a plus but not a must
  • A positive, enthusiastic, "Can-Do" attitude and desire to far exceed expectations
  • Be able to handle presentations and drive conversations forward with stakeholders
  • Proven success in closing $100K plus deal sizes, and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, negotiating service agreements, and closing customers
  • Hunter mindset, Excellent team player, Account Management & Relationship building skills
  • Expertise in solution selling helpful
  • IT domain knowledge in one or more areas helpful - Cloud application development, Data Management, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence,.NET and Java technologies
  • Proficiency in CRM
