Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Madden Industrial Craftsman. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with cities and park districts, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with municipalities and park districts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings
- Assist the production team to meet the requirements of clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to government or municipal entities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Some knowledge of manufacturing processes related to plumbing and electrical systems
