About the Role:

ECI Software Solutions, a prominent provider of cloud-based management software for manufacturing enterprises, is seeking a proactive professional to lead Virtual Training, engage with customers, and collaborate within the team to address various training requirements. This role demands exceptional customer service, presentation, and self-discipline skills to assess customer comprehension levels and tailor content delivery accordingly. Training Specialists will have the autonomy to shape their training approach and offer feedback in crafting curriculum content. This position ensures trainers stay well-versed in our current product systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to comprehensive software implementations through the development and delivery of interactive online and offline end-user training using web-based tools.
  • Create strategic training plans and schedules to align with overall team objectives.
  • Serve as an LMS Administrator, overseeing course registrations, content accessibility, user permissions, and registration management.
  • Address customer queries and registrations promptly.
  • Develop supplementary training resources to enhance learning options, including manuals, instructor materials, and certifications.
  • Manage the training department's workflow and process monthly billings.
  • Leverage project management skills to organize and execute projects within specified timelines.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and a blend of logical and creative thinking.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in blended learning programs, web-based training, and self-paced eLearning content.
  • Quick to grasp new software applications.
  • Proficient in current training technologies with the ability to adapt to new tools swiftly.
  • Demonstrate aptitude in delivering training to adult learners with varying computer proficiency levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for customer engagement, curriculum development, and training delivery.
  • Organized with a focus on meeting project schedules and objectives.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team setup effectively.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problems-solving capabilities.
  • Background in professional training, product knowledge, and/or training development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Delivered ERP software training in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with ECI products.
  • Background in training processes.
  • Experience in professional script writing or technical documentation.
