    • Evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global partnerships.
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop engaging and effective learning materials for diverse audiences.
    • Design and implement innovative training solutions that meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
  • LMS Administration & Support:
    • Manage and maintain the LMS platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility for all users.
    • Provide technical support to learners and administrators regarding LMS usage and features.
  • Learning Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track learner progress and program effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
