Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, responding to office emails, and managing office phone calls.
  • Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.
  • Support the HR and Operations department with administrative tasks, such as restocking office supplies and performing other duties as requested.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience, with a focus on HR experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a contract until January, with the possibility of extension. Our office is located in National City, and we offer a supportive and dynamic work environment.
