Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant Coordinator to provide administrative support to our supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and travel arrangements for supply chain teams.
  • Coordinate new hire and contract worker onboarding process.
  • Process purchase orders using SAP system.
  • Prioritize workload involving multiple projects and timelines.
  • Utilize software programs such as MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Create draft reports, documents, presentations, and templates using raw data.
  • Coordinate events, including planning, organizing, and implementation.
  • Liaise with guests to assess needs and coordinate activities.
  • Correspond directly with vendors and suppliers.
  • Act as a resource to other administrative assistants and provide backup support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of administrative and office policies and procedures.
  • Good proofreading and editing skills of technical documents.
  • Experience with data management and advanced knowledge of office software.
  • Proven administration experience in a fast-paced organization supporting senior-level management.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and take initiative.
