Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our People & Culture Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing meetings, scheduling, and managing multiple priorities while ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, setup, and gathering meeting materials
  • Manage multiple scheduling priorities and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Reconcile T&E and PCARD expenses
