Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Lead Technical Program Strategist, you will have the opportunity to guide cross-disciplinary teams in the development of innovative consumer solutions and the introduction of new functionalities in Frontier applications. Your influence will significantly enhance customer experiences, design, architecture, and the execution of a state-of-the-art product utilized daily. What We Expect from You:

To excel in this position, you will need robust interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a meticulous attention to detail. We seek a portfolio manager capable of overseeing multiple portfolios and directing extensive cross-functional initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Directing cross-functional teams in the development of new features from conception to launch in Frontier applications.
  • Managing program elements including scope, timeline, budget, and quality, while also overseeing risk and critical path management.
  • Ensuring the timely delivery of supporting software and services in alignment with launch schedules, while regularly updating leadership on progress, timelines, risks, and change management.
  • Facilitating effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across various teams and vendors, while adeptly navigating competing priorities.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to spearhead and advance new technology initiatives and assessments.
  • Establishing and promoting processes that enhance efficiency and scalability within our organization.
  • Enhancing content engagement by partnering with stakeholders and product management, continuously measuring, assessing, and iterating to maximize user benefits.
  • Success in this role relies on your innate curiosity, deep understanding of the product's application, and the ability to balance strategic insight with operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing projects across diverse teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • At least 2 years of technical program management experience, including financial and resource management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience overseeing projects across cross-functional teams, developing sustainable processes, and managing risks
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing data and metrics to inform recommendations and drive actions
  • 3+ years of experience in an agile and/or scrum environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Additional desirable qualifications include:
  • Hands-on experience in developing mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
  • Experience in defining user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for mobile and web applications
  • Understanding of integrated systems design, including IoT devices, backend services, and mobile applications
