Your Role in Driving Success
We are thrilled to seek a full-time Sales Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence FrankCrum's success by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through comprehensive sales strategies in your designated territory.
- Identify potential staffing job orders through proactive sales efforts, including cold outreach, networking, marketing initiatives, presentations, and diligent follow-ups.
- Evaluate prospects to pinpoint qualified leads for business expansion.
- Understand client operations to assess their needs, preferences, and budget, effectively utilizing your knowledge of FrankCrum's staffing services to propose innovative solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
- Manage client accounts by fostering and sustaining strong relationships to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to ensure alignment between sold accounts and available service resources, while effectively marketing candidates to clients.
- Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities and reports.
- Focus on achieving results and conduct self-assessments to enhance sales performance.
- Travel to client locations as necessary.
Desired Qualifications
Success in this role requires outstanding customer service skills, along with excellent written, verbal, and listening abilities. Candidates should have a minimum of two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales experience, one (1) year in the recruiting or staffing sector, and a proven track record of surpassing individual targets while contributing to team success. A strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license are essential.
