About the Role

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a leading nonpartisan nonprofit government watchdog, we are dedicated to defending our democratic institutions, rooting out government corruption, and fighting the influence of money in politics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Development and Digital teams to develop and implement effective digital fundraising strategies;
  • Design and implement engaging digital content, including emails, social media, and SMS campaigns, to drive fundraising efforts;
  • Manage and optimize online donation pages, ensuring a seamless user experience;
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising metrics, providing insights to inform future strategies;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with donors, providing exceptional customer service and stewardship;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital fundraising, applying knowledge to improve CREW's online fundraising efforts.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital fundraising, preferably in a nonprofit or government setting;
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital fundraising campaigns;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Commitment to CREW's mission and values, with a passion for government ethics and accountability.
