Job Title: Web and Content Manager

The National LGBTQ Task Force is a leading social justice organization dedicated to promoting equality and justice for LGBTQ individuals and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Web and Content Manager to join our team in Washington, D.C. or New York, NY.

Job Summary:

The Web and Content Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital communications strategy to support the organization's programs and fundraising efforts. This includes creating and editing content for the organization's websites, social media channels, and email campaigns, as well as managing digital marketing initiatives and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital communications campaigns to support advocacy and fundraising efforts
  • Manage and maintain the organization's websites, including content development, integration, and analytics
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and edit content for digital channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
  • Monitor and analyze web traffic and analytics to inform digital communications strategies
  • Provide technical support for online communications, including writing and graphic design
  • Support donor cultivation and stewardship through digital fundraising tools and strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital communications campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
