Job Title: Digital Fundraising Strategist or Director

J Street is seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Strategist or Director to lead our digital communication program and drive our grassroots fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns to engage and mobilize our supporters.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our email list, increase online donations, and maximize ROI on paid and organic direct-to-donate fundraising ads.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to implement best practices across our online channels and maximize conversion rates.
  • Partner with senior leadership to build strategic marketing plans, including revenue forecasting and budgeting.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a digital fundraising program, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling digital fundraising emails and copy.
  • Experience working with CRMs, SMS platforms, and donation platforms.
  • Facility with data analysis, revenue and ROI tracking, and projections.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web development principles.
