Job Summary:

J. P. Mascaro & Sons, a leading environmental services company, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to drive growth and success in the Chester/Delco Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and increasing our presence in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Meet monthly sales targets and exceed them through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
Increase Company presence in assigned territories through strong communication and relationship-building skills
Manage current accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze accounts to ensure accurate quoting and implementation of solutions
Perform daily cold calls to prospective customers and provide quotes as needed
Maintain accurate sales reports and submit them to superiors

Requirements:
1-3 years of sales experience in a solutions and service industry
College degree or equivalent work experience
Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office products
