Customer Service Manager

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at the Kroc Center in Philadelphia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Member Service and Play Care Associates
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Work closely with the Wellness Director and Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve departmental goals
- Address member/guest complaints professionally and report concerns to Administration
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide oversight of retail sales and inventory management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent customer service, sales, and marketing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with people and provide excellent customer service
