Job Description

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at the Kroc Center in Philadelphia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Member Service and Play Care Associates
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Work closely with the Wellness Director and Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve departmental goals
  • Address member/guest complaints professionally and report concerns to Administration
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide oversight of retail sales and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and marketing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with people and provide excellent customer service
