About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
  • Track record of developing sustainable new business
  • Extensive customer network
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

This position will be based in San Francisco, CA, USA. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of this location.
