Job Title: Sr. Patient Liaison

At Houston Methodist, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sr. Patient Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our patient advocacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a patient advocate, resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on hospital policies, procedures, and services.
  • Collaborate with department heads and administrative staff to resolve patient concerns and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Five years of experience in patient liaison or advocacy roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital policies.
