Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Liaison Specialist to join our team at Crane Cartage & Freight. As an Account Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client communications and resolve conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the account manager to ensure that client issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Manage invoices and account receivables for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status.
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed and work towards process improvement.
  • Report to the account manager on a regular basis, providing input on account activity, status, and call reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field or a combination of experience and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Technical competence in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
