Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bakersfield and Camarillo. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the California market.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
- Preferred: 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge of property-specific business segments (e.g. group, catering, transient); knowledge of the hospitality industry
