Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bakersfield and Camarillo. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels in the California market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, managers, and customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required
  • Preferred: 4-year college degree; previous experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge of property-specific business segments (e.g. group, catering, transient); knowledge of the hospitality industry
