Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact between our business and its prospects or clients, responsible for identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally, including setting sales quotas and goals.
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections, and approve expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding our products or services, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Set discount rates and determine price schedules to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Advise distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Serve as the face of our organization to internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation, leveraging business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure individual and team success.
  • Identify emerging markets and find new sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (at least 3-4 years) with a track record of success in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize, manage time, and organize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Chinese bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.
