Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in creating sales packages, sending and scheduling estimates, and following up with customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and update point of sale material.
  • Financial Management: Enter Annual Financial Plan (AFP) into QuickBooks, issue Purchase Orders (PO's), and pay bills.
  • Human Resource Management: Manage paperwork for new hires and terminated employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and conduct follow-ups with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED, college degree a plus.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of Office Assistant experience.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and knowledge of QuickBooks.
