As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with chart preparation, test results, and scheduling
  • Provide outstanding patient care and customer service
  • Prepare information for surgeries and preceding tests and surgery paperwork
  • Schedule and request appointments, x-rays, tests, surgeries, depositions, and prescriptions
  • Process mail and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of medical or medical office experience and computer experience in a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, basic anatomy, and physiology
