We Are Hiring: Architect with Leadership Skills

We are currently seeking a full-time Architect with strong leadership capabilities to enhance our team. This position offers pathways for professional growth and engagement. The ideal candidate should be motivated, a visionary thinker, and deeply committed to designing spaces that inspire and uplift. Responsibilities include collaborating with diverse teams on a wide range of project types, including educational facilities, residential structures, adaptive reuse initiatives, and civic and cultural projects.

Requirements:
  • Accredited degree in Architecture with 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Proven leadership skills and a history of effective teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in creating construction documentation, with a solid understanding of construction materials and systems
  • Knowledge of building codes and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering consultants
  • Experience in overseeing construction contracts and procedures
  • Proficient in Revit; familiarity with Deltek Vision or Newforma is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
